The Kapil Sharma Show is one of the most loved comedy shows not just only in India but across the globe. The show is back with its new season which will air on Sony TV from September 10, 2022. The actors like Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, and Chandan Prabhakar have made people laugh till they cry by playing different caricatures on the show. Amid this, there is news that Chandan Prabhakar will not be part of the new season of the show.

Chandan Prabhakar, who played Chandu the chaiwala in the show, will not be part of a new season. While speaking to Pinkvilla, he said that he wanted to take a break. He was quoted saying, “Yes, I will not be a part of this season of The Kapil Sharma Show and there is no specific reason. I just wanted to take a break.” Prabhakar was not even part of the recent Australia tour of Kapil Sharma.
Earlier, even Krushna Abhishek had given confirmation stating he’ll not be part of the show. He was quoted saying, “Not doing it. Agreement issues.” Even Bharti Singh had mentioned that she will not be an active part of the show as she has recently become a mother and even had prior commitments to other shows. She was quoted saying, “I am on a short break, and I am doing Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (Li'l Champs 9) too. So it’s not that I won’t do The Kapil Sharma Show, but I won’t be able to be regular there. Main dikhungi, par beech beech mein dikhungi because I also have a baby now, and have some shows and events too.”
Meanwhile, the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show will feature Archana Puran Singh, Sidharth Sagar, Kiku Sharda, Srishty Rode, and Sumona Chakravarti. In the first episode, Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh will come on the show to promote their OTT film Cuttputtli. Surely the episode will be a laughter riot.
